Passed the judicial examination in 2010. From May 2011 to June 2012, worked as an intern lawyer at Shanghai Shen Yunhe Law Firm. Since July 2012, has been a practicing attorney and partner at Brilliance Law Firm.

Member of the 12th Company and Commercial Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and Deputy Director of the Supervision Committee of the Jing'an District Committee of The Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang.

Awarded the title of Advanced Individual in Social Service Work by the Jing'an District Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025, and received the Outstanding Performance Award for 2025 from the 12th Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

As a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, I have actively fulfilled my duties by convening and serving as the lead author for three consecutive years in drafting practice guidelines: the 2024 "Practice Guidelines for Lawyers Handling Shareholder Capital Contribution Matters," the 2025 "Practice Guidelines for Lawyers Handling Disputes over Shareholder Qualification," and the 2026 "Practice Guidelines for Lawyers Handling Disputes over Liability for Damaging Company Interests" and "Practice Guidelines for Lawyers Handling Minority Shareholders' Rights to Request Buyout of Equity." Currently, I am also working on the draft of the "Practice Guidelines for Lawyers Handling Removal and Withdrawal of Partners in Limited Partnership Enterprises."
